The VL series lever block is a manual lifting device that lifts and pulls heavy objects by pulling the handle. The rated lifting capacity ranges from 0.5 tons to 6 tons, and the safety factor is above 5.0. Compared with the VC series chain hoist, it is driven by the lever principle, which is more labor-saving to operate, and is especially suitable for short-distance, high-precision lifting operations. Its structure includes high-strength lifting chains, precision gear transmission systems, sturdy handle components and reliable braking devices. The overall design is compact, and the volume is 15%-20% smaller than the VC series with the same load, which is suitable for operation in small spaces (such as equipment gaps and between pipes). It is widely used in power maintenance, building installation, ship repair and other scenes that require precise control of the lifting process, and can meet the needs of short-distance heavy object movement, tensioning and positioning.

Lever drive, labor-saving and efficient. The two-stage lever amplification design is adopted, and the handle operating force is 30%-40% lower than that of the VC series hand chain hoists. For example, when lifting a 2-ton weight, the VC series requires a pulling force of 120-150N, while the VL series only requires 70-90N, and female operators can also operate it easily. The handle length is optimized (400-600mm), the turning angle is ≤45°, and a single turning can make the weight rise 3-5mm. The control accuracy is 20% higher than that of the VC series, which is suitable for high-precision positioning operations.
Compact structure, narrow adaptation. The overall size is smaller than the VC series with the same load, with a width reduced by 20% and a height reduced by 15% (the width of the 2-ton VC is 200mm, and the VL is 160mm; the height of the VC is 350mm, and the VL is 298mm). The chain guide is exquisitely designed and can achieve partial pulling operation within the range of ±30°, which is wider than the ±14° range of the VC series. It can be flexibly used in small spaces with dense equipment, such as the installation of components inside the power cabinet.
Two-way braking, safe and reliable. Equipped with a two-way ratchet brake system, it can not only achieve stable suspension of heavy objects, but also prevent reverse sliding during traction operations. The braking response time is ≤0.1 seconds, which is 30% faster than the braking system of the VC series. When there is a sudden load change (such as a slight shake of the heavy object), the brake device can be locked immediately to ensure safety. The brake pad is made of asbestos-free wear-resistant material, and its service life is 1.5 times that of the VC series, which is suitable for frequent braking scenarios.
Multi-scenario adaptation, diverse functions. In addition to the lifting function, it can also be used for traction operations (such as tightening cables and fixing components). The end of the chain is equipped with a hook and connector, which can quickly connect to the towed object. The lifting chain is made of high-strength alloy steel with a galvanized surface. It can resist salt spray corrosion for 500 hours, which is better than the 400 hours of the VC series. It can adapt to more diverse operating environments and its price is 20%-30% higher than that of the VC series with the same load.
Power and communication maintenance. When repairing power lines, tighten the wires or hoist transformer accessories (0.5-3 tons). The lever operation of the VL series is labor-saving and accurate in positioning. It can complete the work in the narrow space between the poles. It is more suitable for high-altitude work scenarios of power maintenance than the VC series. When installing antennas at communication base stations, the antenna angle is adjusted and fixed by a hand hoist. The reliability of the braking system ensures that the antenna is stable and motionless during the debugging process, improving the installation accuracy.
Building and pipeline installation. During the installation of steel structures, tighten the steel components (1-6 tons) to make the connection parts fit tightly. The traction function of the VL series is more efficient than the VC series, and 5-8 connection points can be tightened per hour. When laying pipelines, adjust the position of the pipelines and dock them (0.5-4 tons). In narrow spaces such as trenches, handle operation is more convenient than pulling the chain, which can accurately control the movement of the pipeline and reduce docking errors (≤1mm).
Ship and vehicle maintenance. Fixing equipment or tightening cables on the ship deck (1-5 tons), the VL series' salt spray resistance adapts to the marine environment, and the compact structure does not take up too much deck space. When repairing cars, correcting the body frame or hoisting the engine (0.5-3 tons), lever operation can achieve fine-tuning of the engine positioning in the limited space of the repair workshop, which is more suitable for delicate operations of vehicle maintenance than the VC series.
Q1: How to choose between VL series and VC series?
A: If the operation is mainly short-distance, high-precision lifting or traction, and the space is small, choose VL series; if it is mainly long-distance vertical lifting, the operation space is relatively loose, and the focus is on extreme portability and cost, choose VC series. VL series is more suitable for scenes that require frequent position adjustment and traction operations, while VC series has more advantages in conventional light lifting.
Q3: What should I do if the VL series is seriously heated after continuous operation?
A: The continuous operation time is recommended not to exceed 30 minutes. If the gearbox temperature is found to exceed 60℃, the operation should be stopped immediately and the equipment should be allowed to cool naturally to room temperature (≤40℃). Check the gearbox oil level. If the oil level is insufficient, replenish it in time. If the oil quality deteriorates, replace it with new oil. Avoid long-term operation in a high temperature environment (≥40℃). Shading or ventilation measures can be taken to reduce the temperature of the equipment.
Q3: How to deal with brake failure?
A: Braking failure may be caused by severe wear of the brake pads, oil pollution or ratchet jam. First, clean the oil on the brake pads and replace the worn brake pads; if the ratchet is stuck, clean the debris on the ratchet and apply a small amount of grease. After processing, test the braking effect with the empty lever handle to ensure reliable braking before continuing to use it. In daily maintenance, regular inspection of the brake system is the key to avoiding failure.
