HSCK SERIES CHAIN BLOCK Features:

• High-strength chain, excellent load-bearing. The lifting chain is forged with high-quality alloy steel. After special heat treatment, the hardness reaches HRC40-45 and the tensile strength is ≥1000MPa, which is 30% higher than the load-bearing capacity of ordinary chains. The surface of the chain is rust-proofed, the thickness of the galvanized layer is ≥8μm, and it is resistant to salt spray corrosion for more than 500 hours, which is suitable for harsh working environments such as humidity and dust. For example, when lifting goods in a chemical warehouse, the chain is not easy to rust, and the service life is extended by 2-3 years, ensuring long-term stable operation.

• Precision gear transmission, labor-saving and efficient. The gear set is made of high-carbon steel, and the tooth surface is carburized and quenched. The precision reaches 7 levels and the transmission efficiency is as high as 80%. It adopts a 3-5-level reduction design, which is reasonably configured according to the different lifting weights, so that the pulling force is more balanced and the operation is more labor-saving. For example, the 2-ton CK chain hoist only requires 150-200N of force to pull the chain, which is 20%-30% lower than similar products, effectively reducing the labor intensity of operators and improving work efficiency.

• Anti-slip hand chain, safe operation. The surface of the hand chain is knurled to increase friction and prevent hands from slipping, ensuring a stable grip even when working in wet conditions or with gloves. The chain fits tightly with the sprocket, runs smoothly, and there is no tooth skipping or chain jamming, ensuring safe and reliable operation. At the construction site, workers can easily operate with one hand to avoid accidents caused by chain slippage.

• Sturdy shell protection, durable and resistant. The shell is made of high-strength aluminum alloy or cast steel. The aluminum alloy model is light and easy to carry, suitable for high-altitude or frequently moving operations; the cast steel model has high strength and good impact resistance, suitable for harsh working conditions. The shell is precisely cast and machined, with a smooth and flawless surface and good sealing. It is effectively dustproof, waterproof and oil-proof, with a protection level of IP54. The internal parts are reliably protected, extending the overall service life of the equipment.

• Industrial manufacturing scenarios. In mechanical processing plants, it is used to lift small machine tool parts, molds, etc., and the lifting weight is usually 1-5 tons.
