Conventional surface treatments include electrogalvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, plastic spraying, Dacromet, etc. It can be customized according to customer requirements and special use environments.
Q4: What is the difference between the working limit (WLL) and the breaking strength (Break Strength)?
This is the most important distinction. The working limit (WLL) is the maximum weight a product can safely lift under normal conditions. The breaking strength is the ultimate tensile force a product can withstand before breaking. Never exceed the WLL.

Standard products: Usually no MOQ, but small orders may have additional freight. Customized products: Depending on the complexity of the process, MOQ needs to be negotiated (such as 100 pieces or more).

Our quotation is usually FOB price, but we can provide DDP/CIF and other terms. We have cooperative freight forwarders who can arrange the delivery very well.

Raw material traceability: Use high-quality suppliers and provide raw material invoices. Production process: Full-process quality inspection (such as hardness test, flaw detection, load test). Certificate: Provide material report, factory inspection certificate, and third-party inspection report.

Q3: Do you provide samples? Is there a charge?
Standard products can provide samples free of charge, and the freight is negotiated. Customized products are subject to sample fees, which can be deducted after placing a large order.
Q1: How to deal with quality issues?
Free replacement/repair for non-artificial damage during the warranty period (usually 1~2 years). Emergency issues will be responded to within 24 hours.
Q2: How long is the delivery time? Can it be expedited?
Usually the delivery time is 30-45 days, which can be expedited. If goods in stock, can be shipped with 5days.
Q3: Is export packaging provided?
The default export uses wooden boxes or pallets, which meet the requirements of sea/air transportation.
