HSVD SERIES CHAIN BLOCK Features:

• High-strength chain, excellent load-bearing. The lifting chain is forged with high-quality alloy steel. After special heat treatment, the hardness reaches HRC40-45 and the tensile strength is ≥1000MPa, which is 30% higher than the load-bearing capacity of ordinary chains. The surface of the chain is rust-proofed, the thickness of the galvanized layer is ≥8μm, and it is resistant to salt spray corrosion for more than 500 hours, which is suitable for harsh working environments such as humidity and dust. For example, when lifting goods in a chemical warehouse, the chain is not easy to rust, and the service life is extended by 2-3 years, ensuring long-term stable operation.

• Precision gear transmission, labor-saving and efficient. The gear set is made of high-carbon steel, and the tooth surface is carburized and quenched. The precision reaches 7 levels and the transmission efficiency is as high as 80%.
