High-strength material, excellent load-bearing. 42CrMo alloy steel is selected, with a carbon content of 0.38% - 0.45%, chromium of 0.9% - 1.2%, and molybdenum of 0.15% - 0.25%. After quenching and tempering, the tensile strength reaches 1000 - 1200MPa, and the yield strength is ≥850MPa. For example, the breaking load of a 10-ton chain exceeds 50 tons. The chain ring is formed by forging technology, with a dense internal structure and no defects such as pores and sand holes. It is not easy to deform or break when subjected to heavy load impact, and is suitable for heavy-load material transportation scenarios such as mines and ports.
Precise manufacturing, stable transmission. Strictly produced in accordance with DIN766 standards, the chain ring diameter is 12 - 30mm, the pitch is 30 - 80mm, and the pitch tolerance is controlled at ±0.3mm (±0.5mm for ordinary heavy-duty chains). Taking a 20mm diameter chain as an example, the ring length is 50mm, the ring width is 25mm, the aspect ratio is 2.0, the meshing with the sprocket is precise, the runout is ≤1mm during operation, and it can remain stable even at high speed (linear speed can reach 3m/s), reducing equipment vibration and noise, and improving transportation efficiency and stability. Welding adopts submerged arc automatic welding, the weld is full, and the strength is higher than the parent material, ensuring that the chain link connection is firm.
Special treatment, adapt to harsh environment. The surface quenching hardening layer has a depth of 0.8-1.2mm and a hardness of HRC55-60. The wear resistance is 40% higher than that of ordinary chains. Under conditions of frequent material friction, the service life is extended by 2-3 times. For humid and corrosive environments, the zinc layer thickness of hot-dip galvanizing treatment is ≥80μm, and the salt spray resistance test exceeds 1000 hours; the nickel layer thickness of nickel plating treatment is ≥20μm, with excellent corrosion resistance, which can be used in seaside ports, chemical raw material transportation and other scenes.

A: DIN764 standard chain is mainly used for light to medium-duty conveying, with a rated load of generally less than 3 tons. DIN766 standard chain focuses on heavy-duty conveying and lifting, with a rated load of 5 tons and above.
