The CDH vertical plate clamp is an upgraded and optimized special tool for vertically lifting plates, achieving breakthroughs in load-bearing capacity and expansion of applicable scenarios. It can clamp plates with a thickness range of 5-60mm, covering steel plates, copper plates, fiber-reinforced composite plates and more diverse materials. The rated load capacity is extended from 2 tons to 12 tons, and the safety factor is increased to more than 3.5. Compared with the CD vertical plate clamp, the CDH series is more sturdy in structural design. Although the overall weight is increased by 8%-12%, it is exchanged for a load-bearing increase of up to 40%-60%, which is suitable for heavier plate lifting tasks. Its core structure includes an ultra-strong alloy clamp body, innovative anti-slip clamping teeth, precision adjustment screws and multiple safety locks. With its excellent performance, it is widely used in large-scale construction, heavy machinery manufacturing, special plate processing and other fields with extremely high requirements for lifting accuracy and safety, ensuring efficient and safe vertical lifting of various types of plates.

Super strong load-bearing, suitable for multiple plates. The main body of the clamp is made of special high-strength alloy steel (such as 35CrMoV). After special tempering and strengthening treatment, the hardness jumps to HRC45-50, which is more than 10% higher than the main body of the CD vertical plate clamp. It can withstand great stress without deformation. The clamping teeth are innovatively designed with inlaid carbide blocks, and the surface is ultra-fine anti-slip treated. The contact friction with the plate is increased by 30% compared with the CD vertical plate clamp. Whether it is a rough and heavy steel plate, a smooth and slippery copper plate, or even a fiber composite plate with complex surface texture, it can be stably clamped. The working temperature range is widened to -30℃ to 80℃ to adapt to more extreme environments.
Precise adjustment, efficient clamping upgrade. The adjusting screw adopts a new ball screw transmission structure with an optimized trapezoidal thread. The opening and closing of the clamp can reach 6-8mm after one turn, and the adjustment speed is 40% faster than the CD vertical plate clamp. During operation, with the help of the matching high-precision adjustment handle, workers can accurately and quickly adjust the size of the clamp. Taking clamping a 30mm thick steel plate as an example, the operation time of skilled workers is shortened to less than 20 seconds, which greatly improves the clamping efficiency and has significant advantages in batch lifting of plates of different thicknesses.
Multiple insurances, ultimate safety protection. In addition to the basic spring-loaded safety lock (locking force increased to 150-200N), an electromagnetic induction anti-loosening device is added. When the clamp clamps the plate and the lock is in place, the electromagnetic device automatically starts to absorb the lock and the clamp handle to prevent accidental loosening. At the same time, the built-in intelligent overload warning system, when the lifting weight approaches 1.1 times the rated load, the system will sound and light alarms; when it reaches 1.2 times, it will automatically trigger the emergency brake to stop the clamp from lifting, and multiple protections ensure safe lifting.
Sturdy design to cope with harsh working conditions. The overall structure is strengthened and reinforced on the basis of CD vertical plate clamp, and the length and width are moderately increased by 5%-8% to enhance the structural stability. The key stress-bearing parts of the clamp are thickened, and the impact resistance is 50% higher than that of CD vertical plate clamp. Although the weight has increased, it can withstand accidental collisions, vibrations and other harsh working conditions in large construction sites or harsh industrial environments, ensuring continuous and reliable operation. The price is 20%-25% higher than the CD vertical plate clamp with the same load.
Large-scale construction projects. In the construction of the core tube of a super-high-rise building, the thick steel plates (5-10 tons) used to connect giant steel columns are hoisted. The super-strong load-bearing capacity and precise adjustment of the CDH vertical plate clamp ensure that the steel plates are quickly and accurately hoisted to the installation location, with 6-8 hoisting times per hour, which is 30% more efficient than traditional hoisting methods. Installation of prefabricated concrete sandwich insulation wall panels (3-8 tons) for prefabricated buildings. Its stable clamping and multiple insurances ensure the safety of the wall panels during high-altitude hoisting and reduce construction risks.
Heavy machinery manufacturing. In the manufacturing process of heavy machine tool beds, large cast steel plates (6-12 tons) are hoisted for processing. The CDH vertical plate clamp can adapt to the uneven surface of the cast steel plates, prevent the hoisting shaking from affecting the processing accuracy, and help improve the processing quality. In large shipbuilding workshops, high-strength steel plates for ships (4-10 tons) are hoisted. In the complex working environment of the workshop, its sturdy design can resist collisions and ensure the continuity of the hoisting operation.
Special plate processing. Carbon fiber composite plates in the aerospace field are hoisted before processing (2-6 tons). The special clamping teeth design of CDH vertical plate clamps avoids damage to the plate surface. The precise clamping meets the high-precision requirements of aviation plate hoisting. Lead protective plates for nuclear power plants are hoisted (3-8 tons). Its wide temperature adaptability range and multiple safety protections ensure the safe hoisting of radioactive protective plates in special environments.
Q1: Can CDH vertical plate clamps lift plates with oil stains on the surface?
A: Direct lifting is not recommended. Oil stains will seriously reduce the friction between the clamp teeth and the plate, greatly increasing the risk of slipping. You must first use a professional cleaner to thoroughly remove the oil stains on the surface of the plate, and wipe it dry with a clean rag. Only after ensuring that the surface is clean and dry can you use the CDH vertical plate clamp for lifting. After lifting, clean the residual oil stains on the clamp in time to avoid corrosion of the clamp parts.
Q3: What should I pay attention to when using the CDH vertical plate clamp in a low temperature environment (-30℃)?
A: Before using in a low temperature environment, move the clamp to a warm indoor environment in advance to preheat for 2-3 hours to prevent the metal parts from being cold and brittle. During operation, the speed of the adjustment screw should be appropriately slowed down to avoid damage to the parts due to low temperature. After each use, clean the condensed water on the surface of the clamp in time, apply special low-temperature anti-rust oil, and store it in a dry and warm place to prevent the clamp from rusting and the parts from freezing and cracking.
