Duplex Clips is a double-bolt design wire rope fixing accessory, consisting of two symmetrical pressure plates, two bolts and nuts. The symmetrical clamping force of the double bolts fixes the wire rope, forming a more stable connection than the single-bolt rope clamp (Simplex Clips). Double bolts are symmetrically stressed, and the load-bearing capacity is improved.
Compared with the single-bolt design, the double bolts are symmetrically distributed along the axis of the wire rope, and the clamping force is evenly dispersed (the contact area is 40% higher than that of Simplex Clips). The rated working load can reach 1-3 tons (when adapted to 12mm wire rope), which is 2-3 times that of the single-bolt rope clamp of the same specification, and can meet the medium load requirements of light industrial scenes (such as small forklift cargo bundling and outdoor billboard fixing).
Stable structure and strong anti-loosening
The double bolts are fixed in an "embracing" manner through two pressure plates. In a vibrating environment (such as tractor traction and truck transportation), the loosening probability is reduced by more than 60% compared with a single-bolt rope clamp. The bolt spacing is optimized (usually 1.5-2 times the diameter of the wire rope), which can effectively prevent the wire rope from rotating or slipping in the clamp, and is suitable for dynamic stress scenes.

There is no need to distinguish the direction of the main rope and the rope tail.
