European Type Turnbuckle is a rope tension adjustment device produced according to European standards (such as EN 13411-4). It consists of a left-hand nut, a right-hand nut and an intermediate adjustment body (flower basket). The rope length can be fine-tuned and the tension can be locked by rotating the intermediate body. Strict standards and high precision: strictly follow EN standards, no jamming during adjustment, much higher than non-standard products, ensuring stable performance in tension-sensitive scenes such as bridges and curtain walls.
Material corrosion resistance and wide adaptability: carbon steel is galvanized, and the anti-rust life is more than 5 years in dry and slightly humid environments; 304 stainless steel is resistant to atmospheric corrosion and suitable for outdoor buildings; 316 stainless steel has a salt spray resistance that is 3 times that of 304, and can be used for a long time in seawater and chemical environments (life span of more than 10 years).

A: The hook type is suitable for quick hook connection (such as temporary traction), but the load-bearing capacity is 20% lower than that of the ring type, and it is not suitable for long-term load-bearing; the ring type is connected by a pin shaft, the load-bearing is stable, and it is suitable for fixed scenes (such as curtain wall cables); the fork type is used to connect ear plate components (such as bridge brackets) and needs to be fixed with bolts.
