Selection considerations：

• Load-bearing matching: Select end fittings with corresponding load-bearing capacity according to the rated working load (WLL) of the ratchet strap to ensure that the breaking strength of the fittings is not lower than the requirements of the strap to avoid safety accidents caused by insufficient fitting strength.

• Connection adaptation: Select suitable fittings according to the type of fixing point (such as ring, hole, flat plate, chain), for example, ring fixing points are suitable for S hooks, and flat fixing points are suitable for flat hooks.

• Usage scenario: If the goods transported are precision equipment, vehicles and other goods that are easily scratched, plastic-coated or protective cover accessories are preferred; if used in a humid, outdoor environment, galvanized and other anti-rust treatment accessories are required.

• Safety locking: For bumpy road conditions or important cargo transportation, accessories with locking functions (such as spring hooks and hooks with safety pins) can be selected to prevent accidental unhooking during transportation.

Maintenance and inspection :

• Regularly check the accessories for deformation, cracks, wear or rust. If the above problems are found, they should be replaced immediately and cannot be used any more.

• For accessories with springs or locking devices, their flexibility should be checked to ensure that the locking function is normal. If necessary, a small amount of lubricating oil can be applied to keep them smooth.
