COMMERCIAL DUTY RATCHET TIE DOWN EUROPEAN TYPE is a heavy-duty tie-down tool produced in accordance with European standard EN12195-2, designed for harsh transportation scenarios. It is mainly made of high-strength polyester fiber webbing, which has excellent tensile and wear resistance. With a carefully designed ratchet tightening device, it is easy to operate and labor-saving, and can quickly tighten the webbing and lock it firmly. The hook part is mostly made of specially treated steel, such as plastic-coated or galvanized S hooks, J hooks, etc., which can be adapted to various fixing points and avoid scratching the goods. Its rated working load is significantly higher than that of ordinary tie-downs, usually up to thousands of kilograms. It is widely used in Europe to fix large equipment, heavy machinery, vehicles and other goods transported on large trailers and flatbed trucks, effectively ensuring the safety of long-distance transportation.

Strict standard manufacturing: Produced in accordance with the European EN12195-2 standard, from raw material selection to finished product assembly, every link is strictly controlled to ensure that the product quality and performance meet the high requirements of the European transportation industry and can be used reliably under various transportation conditions.
High strength and reliability: Select high-quality high-strength polyester fiber webbing with high breaking strength and safe working load. For example, some products have a breaking strength of up to 10,000 pounds and a safe working load of 3,333 pounds, which can firmly fix heavy goods and effectively prevent the displacement of goods during transportation.
Easy and efficient operation: The ratchet mechanism is exquisitely designed, the handle is easy to operate, and the webbing can be quickly tightened by reciprocating. The lock is firm and not easy to loosen even in bumpy road conditions, which greatly improves the bundling efficiency and saves a lot of loading and unloading time.
Diverse and adaptable hooks: Equipped with a variety of hook types, such as plastic-coated S hooks to protect the surface of the goods, suitable for vehicles and precision equipment; galvanized J hooks are sturdy and durable, suitable for rough fixing points, and meet the connection needs of different transportation scenarios and goods.
Durable and environmentally resistant: The webbing is UV-resistant, wear-resistant, and waterproof, and can withstand harsh outdoor environments; the ratchet and metal parts are rust-proofed, such as zinc coating, to reduce the risk of rust and corrosion, extend service life, and reduce long-term use costs.
Safety design: Some products are equipped with a safety locking function to prevent the ratchet from accidentally loosening; the working load is clearly marked on the webbing, which is convenient for users to make accurate judgments and avoid safety accidents caused by overloading.
Heavy equipment transportation: In the road transportation of construction machinery (such as excavators, loaders), agricultural machinery (large tractors) and other equipment, the equipment can be firmly tied to prevent shaking and sliding during transportation, ensuring that the equipment arrives safely at the construction site or farm.
Vehicle consignment: Automobile consignment companies are used to fix various vehicles such as cars, SUVs, trucks, etc. Whether it is whole vehicle transportation or second-hand vehicle transfer, they can ensure that the vehicle is fixed in position during transportation to avoid collisions and scratches.
Large cargo handling: When the logistics industry transports heavy objects such as large containers, mechanical equipment, industrial molds, etc., multiple binding belts can be used to fix the goods from different angles to keep the goods stable on trucks and flatbed trucks, completing long-distance transportation or short-haul transportation in warehouses.
Special scenario operations: Fix large generators, oil tanks and other emergency equipment during the transportation of disaster relief materials; bundle and transport large ore screening equipment during mining, etc., to ensure the safe transportation of goods in complex and emergency operating environments.
Q1: How to correctly choose the right specifications of European-type commercial ratchet tie-down straps?
A: First, the weight of the cargo must be determined to ensure that the safe working load of the selected tie-down strap is greater than the cargo weight. For example, if the cargo weighs 2,000 kg, a tie-down strap with a safe working load of at least 2,500 kg (considering a certain safety redundancy) should be selected. At the same time, select the appropriate length and hook type according to the shape of the cargo and the location of the fixed point. Long strip cargo may require a longer tie-down strap, and smooth surface cargo is suitable for plastic-plated hooks.
Q3: During use, the ratchet suddenly cannot tighten the webbing. What may be the reason?
A: It may be that the webbing is entangled and knotted, hindering the normal rolling of the ratchet, and the winding part needs to be untied; the internal gear of the ratchet is worn or foreign objects are stuck, and the foreign objects can be cleaned. If the gear is severely worn, the ratchet needs to be replaced; it may also be that the webbing is overstretched and becomes loose, exceeding the tightening capacity of the ratchet. At this time, a new qualified webbing should be replaced.
Q3: If the surface of the tie-down strap is worn, can it still be used?
A: If the wear is slight, only a small amount of fibers on the surface are damaged, the wear area does not exceed 10% of the total area of the webbing, and there is no breakage or thinning, it can be used for light load cargo bundling, and observation should be strengthened; if the wear is serious, there is obvious thinning, breakage or debonding, it must be stopped and replaced immediately to avoid the risk of breakage during transportation.
Q3: Can multiple bundling straps be used in series to increase the length?
A: It is not recommended to use in series. Series connection will reduce the overall strength, and the connection point is prone to become a weak point, increasing the risk of breakage. If a longer bundling strap is required, a single product of appropriate length should be selected, or a professional should be consulted to adopt a correct and safe extension connection method, such as using a special connector.
Q3: How to maintain European commercial ratchet bundling straps after use?
A: After use, rinse the webbing with clean water to remove surface dirt and dust, and avoid using corrosive detergents; avoid exposure to the sun when drying to prevent aging of the webbing; check whether the ratchet rotates smoothly, if there is any jamming, apply a proper amount of lubricant; roll up the binding belt neatly, wrap and protect the hook part, and store it in a dry and ventilated place, away from sharp objects and high temperature environment.
