Duplex Wire Rope Clip Feature

• Easy installation: During installation, just wrap the wire rope into the required rope ring, place the two pressure plates on both sides of the wire rope, insert the bolts and tighten the nuts. The operation is simple and does not require special tools or complex skills.

• Various materials: Carbon steel has a low cost and can be used normally in general environments after galvanizing; stainless steel has excellent anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion properties, strong durability, and can adapt to harsh environments.

• Higher strength: Compared with the single clamp type, the double clamp design provides a stronger clamping force, and its approximate breaking load can reach 80% of the breaking load of the wire rope, making the connection more stable and reliable.

• Strong specification adaptability: A variety of sizes and specifications can accurately match wire ropes of different thicknesses to meet diverse application needs.

• Specific applicability: Especially suitable for 7×19 structure wire ropes, because of its good flexibility, it can be well adapted to the clamp. However, it is not suitable for 1×19 structure and 7×7 structure wire ropes with a diameter of 4mm or above, because they are too hard and difficult to adapt.

• Construction assistance: At the construction site, it can be used to temporarily fix some non-load-bearing wire ropes. For example, when building a simple protective net, it can be used to fix the wire ropes on the edge to provide basic protection for the construction.

• Simple ship lashing: On ships, it can be used for temporary lashing and fixation of some light items, such as fixing small tools and equipment in small cabins, but it is not suitable for load-bearing connections in key parts of ships.
