JP1 Magnetic Lifting Clamp is a magnetic lifting clamp, also known as magnetic suction cup lifter. It uses high-performance permanent magnetic materials and uses magnetic force to absorb ferromagnetic materials such as steel plates and iron blocks for lifting and transportation. It has the advantages of compact structure, strong adsorption force, easy operation, no power supply, and permanent magnetic force. The bottom V-groove design can lift round steel and steel plates, with a high safety factor and a maximum separation force of 3.5 times the rated lifting force.

Q1: How to choose between horizontal plate clamps and LC?
A: For mixed operation of medium-sized pipes + plates, choose TPH; for single operation of heavy thick plates (>50mm), choose LC. For example: municipal engineering teams (multi-category medium loads) use TPH, and heavy shipyards (mainly thick plates) use LC.
Q3: What should be paid attention to when switching modules?
A: Make sure that the module clip is completely inserted into the positioning slot (hear a "click"), and shake it by hand to check if it is loose; different loads require corresponding modules (such as 8-ton TPH pipe modules cannot be used for 10-ton loads); clean the clip contact surface after long-term use (to avoid locking failure caused by debris).
Q3: Can pipes with coatings on the surface be lifted?
A: Yes. The rubber layer of the pipe module (hardness 50 Shore A) can protect the coating (such as anti-corrosion steel pipes), the embracing clamping force is evenly distributed, and the coating shedding rate is ≤2% (special pipe clamps are about 1%, but the function is single). Before lifting, sharp debris on the pipe surface must be cleaned to avoid puncturing the rubber layer.
