The weld-on forged D ring, also known as weldable lifting D-link, is one of the most widely used rigging components for permanent lifting, towing and cargo securing. This WLL 2T model you see features a drop-forged alloy steel D-ring paired with a heavy weld base, finished with bright red powder coating for high visibility and corrosion resistance.

Manufactured from high-grade alloy steel and processed by quenching & tempering, our weld-on D ring delivers excellent tensile strength and impact resistance. Every unit goes through strict load testing and magnetic particle crack inspection before leaving the factory, to eliminate hidden cracks and guarantee stable performance under dynamic load. Its rated working load limit is clearly marked “WLL 2T” on the base for easy identification by operators.

Different from bolt-on lifting points, this D ring is designed to be directly welded onto steel plates, truck chassis, container frames, machinery bases and marine structures. Once welded firmly, it forms a fixed, durable anchor point. The pivoting D-ring can flex and align automatically with the pulling direction, avoiding side-load damage and greatly improving safety during lifting or cargo lashing. It works perfectly with chain slings, webbing slings, shackles and hooks to build complete rigging assemblies.
